  • Voluntary dismissal of federal tort claims on behalf of leading Chinese asset manager.
  • Won dismissal of securities class action on behalf of leading Chinese private equity fund.
  • Settled claims simultaneously pending before an UNCITRAL arbitral tribunal and the Delaware Court of Chancery for $0 plus a public apology from the Plaintiff.
  • Obtained full dismissal of all claims asserted in ICC Arbitration plus a full award of attorneys fees.
  • Settled trade secrets dispute on behalf of foreign manufacturer of brazed-aluminum heat-exchangers for $0.
  • Won full dismissal of federal and state civil rights claims against Fortune 10 company.

Plaintiffs:

  • Jury Verdict on behalf of pro bono Bivens plaintiff in Pronin v. Duffey, 6:13-cv-03423 (Aug. 16, 2016).
  • Successfully obtained a pre-filing, multi-million dollar settlement on behalf of bankruptcy trustee.
  • Won judgment for real estate broker in contract dispute before REBNY.
