Fabrizio Grasso’s practice focuses principally on general corporate, transactional and finance matters for European companies and their United States affiliates. He has extensive experience with domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, and negotiating and drafting international and domestic commercial contracts.

Pro Bono Activities
In 2010, Mr. Grasso won the MFY Partner in Justice Award for his work with the Kinship Caregiver Law Project of MFY Legal Services, which provides advice, counsel and representation to grandparents and family members who are taking care of related children. The project helps preventing children from entering the foster care system by helping kinship caregivers in matters of legal custody, legal guardianship and adoption.
